First and foremost, is to obtain an approval letter from Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia. You can only start commence pilot course after the obtaination of the approval letter. The minimum educational requirement to apply for the letter is to attain at least 5 credits at SPM/O level with credit in English, Mathematics and any Science subjects. With the educational requirement above met; next you will have to write a formal letter to the Director General of DCA. Dont forget to attached your SPM result slip along, and mail it to the following address.

Now that you have obtained the approval letter, next stage you will have to get your body checked at any 1 of the following DCA designated medical examiners if you are physically fit to be a pilot.
